Not sure where to start?

Every situation is different. Share the basics and we’ll talk through what may apply.

Service availability depends on the transaction, documents, and applicable requirements. DMV determines eligibility, fees, and final approval.

Built around how you work

Business support that fits the volume.

From recurring dealer workflows to one-time private-party needs, get a level of support that matches the transaction.

For dealers & businesses

Flexible title support, without adding another full-time role.

Use a registration-service partner for overflow, seasonal volume, staff coverage, or specific transactions. Keep your team focused on sales and customers while paperwork gets dedicated attention.

  • Overflow and peak-season title processing
  • Coverage during vacations, sick leave, or hiring gaps
  • Help organizing transfer packets and follow-up items
  • Support for out-of-state and other non-routine transactions
  • Case-by-case assistance that can scale with demand

Compare the full cost of each model

For an in-house title clerk, include wages, employer payroll costs, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, training, coverage, workspace, software, and rework. Compare that loaded annual cost with per-transaction service fees at your actual volume. Variable support can shift some expense away from fixed staffing; whether it saves money depends on your workload, scope, internal process, and service pricing.

For private-party clients

Mobile verification, within license scope

When a licensed verifier is on our employee list, they can inspect and document eligible vehicles on-site by appointment, subject to service area and availability. Verifier authority excludes certain cases, including revived salvage or junk vehicles, specially constructed vehicles, and some motorcycle or foreign-document cases. Those must be referred to DMV or CHP as required.

A few helpful answers

Before you reach out.

Every vehicle and transaction is a little different. Here’s what to expect.

What should I include when I contact you?

A short description of the transaction, vehicle type and year, where it is currently registered, a callback number, and what documents you have. Please don’t send full VINs, driver license numbers, financial details, or unredacted documents in an initial message.

Can you tell me the exact fees?

Fees depend on the vehicle and transaction. We can help identify what may apply, but the California DMV determines official fees, taxes, and any final amount due.

Can every title or registration issue be handled?

Some transactions require additional documents, inspections, or a decision by DMV or another agency. We can help explain the likely requirements and next steps; service and outcome depend on the facts of the case.

Are you part of the DMV?

Lucky Registration Services is a private business and is not the California DMV. The DMV makes all final decisions about vehicle records, eligibility, and approval.

Do you work with dealers and businesses?

Dealer and business inquiries are welcome. Contact us with a brief description of the transaction volume and support you’re looking for.
